Relentless Pursuit

The Ascendancy skill Relentless Pursuit is supposed to make one immune to slows. Well the Black Striders in Interlude 3 shoot a web that slows my character. The debuff icon at the top even says you are slowed. Tried it multiple times. If that doesn't count then there is really no point in taking that skill.
