An idea for POE 2 1.0 release - Interlude Acts based on POE 1's story as alternate levelling

Just as it says, people seem to really like the Interlude Acts, but we know they will go away as Acts 5 and 6 arrive.

So, my suggestion is this:

* Create 10 Interlude Acts based on POE 1's core story (much of the art and monsters to pull this off already exist in the game - For instance, the Brutus fight can be a reskinned Oswin the Dread Warden with the same mechanics).
* Make it so that this is unlockable after a player first plays through the normal campaign.
* Alva can make an appearance and drag you through the portal after beating Kitava, as perhaps the "Apocalypse" from the original POE 2 campaign stretches across time, and they already play loosely with the timeline in the Campaign anyway once you get to Act 4 and endgame.
* Bonus - those of us who prefer POE 2 mechanics but miss POE 1's story now have a way to play it on new characters.

Fun nugget about the above idea.

It actually allows POE 1 to continue whatever story it likes, but the end of POE 2 allows for a "story reset" - meaning if the 10 act interlude idea comes to pass, it means that it totally resets Zana's storyline, the Atlas, her dad, etc.

It allows for time becoming "twisted" to be a major plot point. The original atlas after all doesn't happen in this timeline, and that means we could get a NEW Shaper and Elder, the original eldrich entities might also have been confused and drawn in by this twist in time, and it allows GGG to take everything we know and turn it on it's head.

Just food for thought - it can open the door to creatively tell new stories, unbound by what happens in POE 1, while POE 1 can continue on its own narrative timeline unencumbered, because nothing that happens will impact POE 2 thanks to the second "Cataclysm", and the fact that the new Atlas is actually just warping into a corrupted Wraeclast to cleanse it.
