Inventory Bug and Maps/campaign bug

I'm on Xbox X and I'm having an issue with my inventory tabs. They have items in all tabs however most tabs are completely black/blank. I can get them to reappear with all items in them sometimes by quick dropping an item in the tab. However everytime I log out and log back in the tabs are black/blank again. I can't access items in the black/blank tabs. The other issue I have is while in the trial of chaos my game constantly pauses without hitting the start button. The only way it stops is if I hold a direction on the controller or press and hold an attack/dodge. If not actively touching a button thr game pauses. Please help with this.

EDIT: I Thought this bug was only affecting trial of chaos, but this is actually affecting all areas where monsters can spawn. It does not happen in town or in the hideout. I suspect it also only affects areas where the game can actually pause. It also happens on every one of my characters no matter where they are.

Edit 2: After restarting my console both the pausing bug and inventory Bug has stopped. Not sure why the happened in the first place, but it ah uld probably be looked into.

Having same issues. Not fixed after restart. Cant map because map tab is blank.
