Sorcery Ward and +1 to Level of All Skills are broken

+1 modifier on the amulet breaks the refresh on Sorcery Ward. With a similar amulet, everything works correctly, and when changing zones, the number of Wards is immediately start recalculating (for example, due to the recalculation of Wind Dancer stacks). With a +1 amulet, this happen only after receiving damage or after changing weapon sets.

I don't have a shortage of stats on any of the sets, incorrectly linked to set 1 or 2 skills (for example, those that can cause a reservation problem or affect the Ward amount), and there is nothing in the Weapon set points that affects the amount of Wards.

P.S. Fire/Cold/Lightning Mastery, Uhtred's Exodus, Dialla's Desire not work with that skill but this amulet mod does.
