There is now a padlock on my game as if I never had early access...however I have 1300 hours in...I contacted support but they are not helpful...what's going on...I'm on ps5

Well they wanted my account info my characters on account and screenshots of the error...gave all that....THEn they wanted my reciept to prove I bought early access?!....they can see that in my account info...plus they coulda just told me it was a known issue....which I might have figured out what they did wrong myself anyway....they somehow duplicated the client in the store and I guess a bunch of the ppl got set as the locked client instead of early access they already had unlocked I had to delete the client then go into my library and switch the client I was using to the early access on (the duplicated one didn't say beta)...so yeah I had to fix it myself which I think they might patched a fix in
