Soft-lock Bug - Uber Elder Encounter

Hello,

I ended in a situation where Uber Elder is at 0 HP but won't die.
i tried to relog wait 15s in hideout before going back in.
I'm using culling strike

I had the same issue it bugged out and didnt drop stuff but the voidstone went to kirac

I also had this bug. Elder simply freezes at the top of the screen with 0 hp and won't die. Extremely frustrating.

Can confirm I still got the voidstone from Kirac (strangely, the notification to talk to Kirac appeared in the middle of the fight, before I'd actually killed them) but the loss of all the loot is very annoying.

I (accidentally) had Maven witness the fight. I know there was an issue with one of the t17 fights not being completeable when Maven was there, so maybe she caused this as well?
