Act 7 boss gauntlet (Phrecia) causing persistent crashes

When I have killed most monsters in the gauntlet before Arakaali, my game crashes. Even if I rush back in time, the game will crash upon entering the arena.

I'm on PS4, Phrecia league. I've reinstalled the game with no differences. I've installed it on a friend's PS5, and the same thing happens. I'm using Poisonous Concoction if that factors in at all, but the crashes only start when there are 3-4 monsters left of the gauntlet.

Is there a way to resolve this, or do I need to just quit the event?
