Hive Colony - It that was Tul-Esh - phase bug

Encountered Esh-Tul getting stuck between phases, not sure if it was a combo of dps too fast / insta phase, but they both had the yellow bar, and wouldn't take damage.

(Hive ring/ penance brand build)

I removed auras and still persisted on relog, had to abandon the hive as they were stuck
