The Coming Calamity - support gems gone after zone change / game restart

Hello, I put in a lot of work today and tried out a new idea.

I equipped the armor “The Coming Calamity Heroic Armour” and equipped the heralds with support gems. Among other things, I also used “Esh's Radiance.”

I wanted to test the new setup in the Temple of Chaos and switched to that zone. After switching, the armor suddenly disappeared.
After restarting Path of Exile, the armor was back, but almost all of the support gems were suddenly gone. This included “Esh's Radiance.”

Is it possible to recover the lost items?
Or am I just out of luck?

I have now attempted to recreate the setup and purchased “Esh's Radiance” again for this purpose.
To test it, I restarted Path of Exile, and now all the support stones are gone again.

Support Gems weg nach Zonenwechsel

Hallo, ich habe mir heute viel Arbeit gemacht und eine neue Idee ausprobiert.

Ich habe die Rüstung "Das nahende Unheil Heroische Rüstung" ausgerüstet und die Herolds mit Support Gems ausgestattet. Unter anderem habe ich auch "Eshs Glanz" verwendet.

Ich wollte das neue Setup im Tempel of Chaos testen und habe in diese Zone gewechselt. Nach diesem Wechsel war zuerst die Rüstung plötzlich weg.
Nachdem ich Path of Exile neu gestartet habe, war die Rüstung wieder da, aber die Support Gems waren plötzlich fast alle weg. Darunter auch "Eshs Glanz".

Ist es möglich die verlorenen Items wiederherzustellen?
Oder habe ich jetzt Pech gehabt?

Nun habe ich versucht das Setup erneut nachzubauen, habe dafür "Eshs Glanz" erneut gekauft.
Zum Test habe ich Path of Exile neu gestartet und nun sind die Support Steine erneut alle weg.
