Tujen UI Override BUG

The jist of the problem is that when you are interacting with Tujen in your hideout, both his normal ITEM BUY window and his HAGGLE window have controls active at the same time when using a controller.

Therefore when you in the HAGGLE window and want to use:
- "-100" which is Ls+d-pad Left
- "+1000" which is Ls+d-pad Up

The game will use the controls from the preview ITEM BUT SELECT window where:
Ls+Left brings up Filter

AND REALLY UNFORTUNATELY...
Ls+Up will Refresh Vendor Wares

So if you're trying to buy something and try to use +1000, surprise, the item is gone.
