Character won't move Xbox series S

I don't know if it's from the last patch but I can't move my character. I am able to interact with one of NPCs which allows me to move around in town. When I access my stash it's blank unless I put something in it. Then it shows my stored items. If I waypoint out of town the character is frozen again. Can't even interact with the waypoint I'm standing on. No spells, no nothing. Tried all the usual stuff: un-equiping and re-equiping my gear (all at once and piece by piece) uninstalled and reinstalled the game, etc, etc. Even tried creating a new character and it wouldn't let me get past the 'name character' screen. I ended up just wiping all my characters to start over. Same issue, still lying on the beach because it won't let me get up. It's a left stick problem. No issues with any other controls or any other games. I'm at a complete loss and am convinced it's a bug. Thought I'd report it here. I don't know if there's a form or something. Thank you.
