map mods are not displayed

I'm not sure where the bug is here?
AFAIK, map mods have never been visible when the minimap is in the top right, only when the map is fullscreen and instance info is in the top right. Aside from that, on the right side of your screenshot--there's a button there showing that the map mod display has been collapsed. You can either click the button, or open the Options window, go to the UI tab, and uncheck "Hide Map Overlay Mods" under the Map header (near the top). |
