Challange "Trusted Thaumaturgy" bug - 3.27 Keepers of the Flame

One of the tasks is "Turn in a divination card set that rewards a Level 21 AND/OR 23% Quality Gem.

Problem: "Bound by Flame" card set (2); does not work. It's a new card set that came out 3.27.0

It rewards Level 21 Flame Link , Quality: +20% ; which should correctly complete the challenge task.
