POE2 Xbox unable to access

I downloaded the game days ago thorough Xbox store and it immediately said on home screen “currently purchases made by users on Xbox are not being processed” and when I try to press play it says “your account does not have access to POE2 early access” and prompts me to purchase it but when I try to purchase it it says “you already own this” and it’s clearly in my recent downloads. I don’t know what to do. [Removed by Support] even the people who can play are reporting horrific crashes and bugs galore. I’ve even tried to delete and redownload. I linked my Xbox live account to the POE website as well thinking that may help and nothing.

I had the same issue. There's nothing you can do right now. Apparently it's some issue between GGG and Xbox that doesn't allow new purchases. GGG has not stated when this will be fixed but apparently they are working on it.
