Link skills still awkward and painful

Just gotta say the targetting alone is just awful, spamming the skill 10 times to get a single link because people move to fast, and the animation is too slow.

Then you link the wrong target due to screen clutter and die when they die.

They crazy part is i dont even want to use a link at all, just using it get to 40% more aura effect from paladin. Feels bad man


Edit - Suggestions would be make the buff last longer, make it target char portrait with increased cast range, and remove the instant death, maybe a debuff or cooldown period instead?

Or just allow us to set target link, with built in auto-link to target in range?

These either need to be reworked or removed from the game. Waste of skill gem space after the deletion of alternate quality gems.
Pointless to give triple-A game companies any sort of constructive criticism without getting put on probation (or banned). GGG's downfall is drawing near.
Should remove the duration, make it activated ability and make it re-link when targets become close enough again in case they separate for any amount of time.

And frigid bond should get a small 10 radius AOE effect on both ends (searing bond could use this too).
POE2 should be the ruthless vision experience and POE1 should be the zoom power fantasy sandbox to capture both audiences.
I petition to return all the fun stuff that was removed or nerfed over the years back into POE1.
