Closed beta tests for upcoming Leagues and Events

This game requires a rubic and registration in order to participate in a closed beta version of the upcoming league or event. Naturally, a confidentiality agreement applies, and streaming or sharing is not permitted. Feedback will be collected and evaluated at the end. Players who love Path of Exile are sure to sign up for this.This ensures that the new content is tested and errors/bugs/abuses are ruled out in advance.on a voluntary basis ofc.

Or they could just do a PTR like WoW has. Its not like this is some e-sport, doesn't really matter if some of the content is datamined early. Its all gonna be on poe.db anyways a few days after league launch. If they had a PTR then the games would be way less buggy, and that would give bored players something to do while they wait for next league.

" They won't cause leagues are never fully done till the very last few days, so there's not much time for testing anyways. They also won't give players any advantage for races pre release, and if they did rest assured they would hand pick players to get the testing done, like streamer and skilled players who are able to deliver consistent testing, so it would only create some extra fomo for those who don't get invited. Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun.
