Reflect still appearing as random map mod for phrecia 2.0

Had a map today that rolled reflect physical on opening the map. Is this intended? I saw that reflect was removed from the mod pool. Anyone else experience this yet?

Are you sure it wasn't a mod of the map itself?

I didn't see it listed in the map mods. Stranger things have/can happen I am sure. I had thought this after the fact but don't remember seeing it before hand.
