General’s Cry with Tectonic Slam of Cataclysm charge consumption doesn't work anymore

Hello,

Since the 3.27 patch, the charge consumption of Tectonic Slam of Cataclysm when used with General’s Cry doesn't grant any bonus anymore, the AoE, branches chance and damage is the same as having 0 charge. Self use of this skill works properly.
