An Update on Xbox Purchase Delays

Currently purchases made by users on Xbox are not being processed. This is due to an expired certificate used to authenticate us with some Xbox Services. The only solution to this is to renew the certificate.

However, there is currently an issue with the Microsoft tool used for renewing the certificate. We are in contact with Microsoft, they have confirmed this issue as a live service incident and are working to get the tool fixed. They have not provided an estimate of how long this will take.

Unfortunately, we are unable to do anything to work around this issue until we can renew the certificate.

We are very sorry for the delays, any purchases made while this issue is ongoing will be redeemed once we're able to get this certificate renewed.
