Rampage after 1k kills should give effects as well

So up until 1k it provides the normal bonuses, and at certain thresholds it has an effect, but after 1k it is just dull.

What if after each 200 or 250 kills (so on 1k and thereafter), it does the same effect as the one of 520 (which according to the db is the last one)?

So to repeat: the dmg or other inherent bonuses are not provided, just the effect.
