New boss mechanics and 3.28

Somebody spent time adding all these new mechanics to the campaign bosses. While GGG is struggling to keep up with the 2 month release schedule. They wouldn't waste time doing this just for a one-off event. I assume this will be added to the core game in 3.28. In that case testing it in the Phrecia event was a good idea. Some tuning changes are definitely needed.
'Challenging my build' in Act 2 at lv 18 with 3L was just silly. Corrupted Blood beams, really? A lot of builds don't even have their core skills until Act 3 or 4. 'Challenging' them so early is excessive and unnecessary. Act 2 boss fight was THE most ridiculous one of all the 'new boss mechanics'. It needs to be nerfed HARD. Act 9 was the most overtuned one, in terms of damage thrown at the player. It needs a nerf as well. Overall, take it easy on the early acts (1-4). It feels like you are trying your best to make people quit early. And it's not the right kind of 'challenge' or difficulty.
