No trade history from ps5 or character on poeninja

Hey,

Anybody know how to fix the trade history being blank on the website and no character showing up on poe ninja? (ps5)

I can see the poe2 history and see all my characters on poeninja for that, since the trade has came to poe1 it's just always been blank?

Can any users on ps5 see their characters on poe ninja for poe1?

And can any users see their trade history here?
