5th Vanquisher's Book of Knowledge not dropping

Hi support,

Following this guide https://www.poe2wiki.net/wiki/Vanquisher%27s_Book_of_Knowledge I have done the below on multiple occasions:

- Slaying a Map Boss in an area level 79+ Map that has at least 6 Modifiers.
- Slaying a Map Boss in an area level 80+ Map that has at least 6 Modifiers.
- Slaying a Anomaly Map Boss in an area level 79+ Map that has at least 6 Modifiers.
- Slaying a Citadel Map Boss in an area level 79+ Map that has at least 6 Modifiers.
- Completing the Pinnacle of Flame Quest.

But still I have only 8/10 Map Boss Skill Points.

I don't have pinnacle of flame quest, I have done all quests.
I've done level 80 bosses in Citadel and Anomalies as well with T15 waystones with at least 6 modifiers.
I've done maxed out T16 waystone on a cleansed map with powerful map boss and I have 4x the +1 Map Boss Difficulty and Organised Forces (more +1 on map).

Perhaps this is a bug? Or am I missing something?

Thanks for the tips. Yes I use T16 waystones with 6 mods combined with an irradiated precursor tablet. I just did a corrupted nexus showing as monster level 81, but there IS an added precursor tablet to it but that doesnt seem to show the level as 82.

I've done both.

I just now finished doing a

- T16 waystone (6 modifiers) + Precursor Tablet with irradiated on the Delerict Mansion map.
- T16 waystone (6 modifiers) + Precursor Tablet with irradiated on a Corrupted Nexus map.

What am I missing here?

Any support that can help me out?
