Unplayable due to rubberbanding and constant stuttering.

Any Idea what I can do?

Every whirling blade results in stutters and rubberbanding.

Every time I identify an item it takes 1-2sec to identify.

It's worse in Open maps and towns than in smaller dungeons.

Im only act 2 and the game can't handle my speed anymore.

PC is high end as is fibre Internet via ethernet cable.
Poe2 and any other games are fine. What to do?
