Ping spikes

I've been playing the game for days now, I just bought the game and some packs, and today I experienced this spikes which is very annoying, I tried to find a lot of fixes but I don't want the temporary fix, is there a way to fix it permanently? It didn't happen when I was playing few days ago. Latency shoots to 12984!

This issue exists since the very beginning.
its either ignored or denied by GGG. but it was never fixed and no sustainable trustworthy solution is described.

you may find some tools questionable solutions, you can pay monthly fees for it.
Or go log out and come back later... probably you find a good time slot to play.
