Unable to Complete Patch 3.27 Phrecia 2.0

When downloading the 3.27 Phrecia 2.0 patch on the standalone windows client the download gets to 2.01mb/3.40mb and speed drops to 0 and will not complete.
Downloaded on my laptop just fine on the same connection but will not complete on my desktop. Last bumped on Jan 29, 2026, 8:49:03 PM

Exact same issue here, even the amounts are the same.

Same here. Speed drops to zero and eventually says "error: Timeout was reached (operations too slow. less than 500 bytes/sec transferred in last 60 seconds."
