Maven does not drop splinter

I had a maven invitation, after 10 T16 bosses witnessed by maven.

In the end i had ZERO splinter drop :-(
(and nothing interesting, no awakened gem or ...)

I already did this several time (to prepare for maven fight), and alwas got crescent splinter so far.

I checked the site, there have been several identical bug report during last month (3.27), maybe there is a bug somwhere ?
