[PoE1]Ritual - cannot defer items

I have currently 0 items defered, yet when i try any item it just refuses, since 18.01 around 11 am (GMT+1). Works fine on my second character in the same map instance.

Restarted PC, verified game files on steam, new steam install & standalone client, different map, disabled filter in the window, forcing ritual with vessel on different atlas tree and Kirac mission with ritual, nothing works. Any ideas?
