Twitch Rewards Do Not Show Up

For the third league in a row, my connected Twitch rewards do not show up in cosmetics, specifically, the Atziri's Royal Cache, the Blood Moon Wolf Pack, and the Mask of the Vaal. Seems like every league I have to post a thread for it to get any traction and eventually show up in my cosmetics tab by the end of said league.
Everything is clean on Twitch side, correct account is connected and the drop is claimed. Last bumped on Jan 24, 2026, 7:05:41 PM

So i do not know if you have the same issue i had. During one of the first path of exile 2 mtx giveaways, i think it was for one of the capes.
Basically turned out on my part i had to go to twitch inventory(or whatever it is called) and manually say "get item"/"redeem" to have it actually register for my poe accounts. I did not so the item disappeared from my twitch inventory when the period was over and i lost the ability to redeem for it. |
