Demigods Transfer

Can a member of GGG staff confirm please if Demigod items transfer when you request the one-time MTX transfer between sub-accounts.

I kindly ask to not reply with a vague copy-paste and explicitly confirm or deny.

In short, if I have an xbox/microsoft account with Demigods converted there and request a merge to my PC account, will the race-rewards transfer also to the PC account for me to use them there?

GGG essentially confirmed that this request has to be handled by a specific support team, and that there is currently a backlog they are working through. They also stated that they cannot speculate on the outcome of these requests.

This is where my confusion comes from. My entire email chain was based on the understanding that the transfer included all MTX. I explicitly asked about this and raised a concern that if my understanding was incorrect, I needed to be informed before proceeding. No support agent raised any concerns, which gave me the clear impression that all MTX were included.

Now that the process has been delayed for an extended period of time, I am asking for reassurance that this is a matter of when, not if. However, no support agent has been able to provide reliable confirmation.
