MTX/Account Merge Transfer and how it affects Demigod items.

Hi,

I recently completed a one-time MTX merge from an Xbox account into my PC account through Support. Most microtransactions transferred correctly, and Support confirmed the merge was processed. However, some earned rewards, specifically Demigod items, are still missing.

Support has said this has been passed on to the “relevant team,” but I haven’t yet received clarification on whether this is a pending transfer step or a policy or eligibility review. My main concern is understanding whether Demigod rewards are expected to transfer as part of the MTX merge process, and if delays like this are normal.

In earlier email correspondence, one support agent stated that earned race rewards would be transferred. When I was asked to confirm proceeding, I explicitly said I was only comfortable moving forward if Demigod rewards were included. The next response proceeded with the merge without directly addressing that point, which is where my confusion comes from.

If anyone has completed an MTX merge involving race rewards or Demigod items and can share how it was handled, including timing or exceptions, I’d appreciate it.

Edit: Just for clarification I think I submitted my original request sometime in later December, around the 19th. Last reply was January 2nd. Some duplicate MTXs are still untransferred (I had multiple of some gloves/wings/etc) and so are my demigod items (which have been converted obviously)

Hi Yrone,

I’m not particularly concerned about timing, I just need confirmation whether Demigod rewards are eligible to be transferred as part of the MTX merge. I’m fine waiting for processing, but I need to know if this is actually doable or if it’s outside the merge scope. Hoping the previous agents didn't brush off my concerned so I'm searching for explicit answers on this part. Would love to know what you think.
