Permanent Loading Screen

Game crashed in map, disconnected game, returned and unable to load any character.
Progresses to loading screen with cogs but never loads. This includes creation of new character. Please advise on fix Last bumped on Jan 23, 2026, 8:52:32 PM

PoE 2 AUS server? Internet routing issue to the AU servers. Nothing that you can do apart from either trying a different server (until you change ingame zone again), or use a VPN.
Which ISP? 😹😹😹😹😹

I'm getting the same issue. Going NZ servers worked last night but now none of the servers are working.

Not working for me either. Changed servers, deleted cache, deleted config files, changed display settings, anything you can think of, still stuck on loading screen after character selection.

" Telstra? I'm with Aussiebroadband and having no issues at all (South Australia), so there is something up with certain ISP routing. 😹😹😹😹😹
