Infinite load screen

Game froze than crashed whilst running VAAL temple. Since then I have not been able to load back into the game. I have tried on multiple characters but it just stays on the loading screen.

I have tried clearing my caches, verifying games integrity, switching from vulkon to directx11 or 12. I have reinstalled graphic driver and I have also done a full reinstall of the game. I have also tried a few other fixes that have all failed.

Does anybody know a fix for this?

i left for two hours return home try and get on and have same issue i get to connecting to server then hangs on splash screen i have tried all the same things and have had no luck maybe they will get on it soon
