Cant get into game

I can log in and can get to character selection but once i hit play it just goes to the loading screen. is my account stuck?

I'm experiencing this exact same issue as of a few hours ago. I was doing a temple with a few randoms and my game froze but I could still interact with my map and option settings before being kicked to the lobby. I thought that I may have gotten DDOS by the duo but I'm unsure. I've tried restarting my console and deleting and re-downloading the game with no current fix.

I have the exact same issue - try clean the solution provide by google. Nothing works
