Toxic Tolerance bugged

Toxic tolerance passive still allows poison damage to kill you. It does prevent the health bar from turning green, and the debuff from notifying you. However, you still take damage from poison that you are supposed to be immune to.

Is this definitely poison, or some kind of ground effect (that isn't poison)?

Still bugged. I'm getting sick of dying to Vaal City boss and Spymaster rooms.
