Ruthless mode for new Phrecia event?

For the first Phrecia event there was no initial announcement that the event would also run in Ruthless mode, but it was confirmed later that it would be.

For this announcement there is once again no initial mention of Ruthless. Could we possibly get some confirmation whether or not we will be able to play the new Phrecia event in Ruthless mode?

I'm hoping that we can given that a lot of the necessary changes for it in Ruthless mode have already been made, it would just involve adjusting some mods on the idols, and doing campaign with map mods and juiced bosses sounds like a blast for those that like the challenge of Ruthless.

Also curious about this.
Ruthless is an officially supported game mode, I think at least the clarification of availability is warranted.

Just bumping this again since news post is hopefully coming soon and it would suck if there's no mention of whether or not we're getting Phrecia in Ruthless again.
