Rite of passage spirit of Owl - No summoning any owls

Hello,

"Periodically summon a owl that conjures a cold tornado" this line isn't working.
No owls, no tornados, hope to see it get fixed.

No ingenuity. I have Owl buff on top corner, getting all damage increase-energy shield etc. but owl itself never spawning, thus no cold tornados. I've used couple different rite of passage charms by now. This one has definetely problem on summoning the spirit.

This also occurs with other Rite of Passage Charms like Boar. Snake is the only charm charge on which I have seen the effect activate, though I have not tried them all.

Bump this to top still broken after several hotfixes.

I’m experiencing the same issue.

Rite of Passage: Spirit of the Owl activates correctly — the buff icon appears and stats are applied — but the Owl spirit and the cold tornados never spawn.

I tested this in multiple areas/maps and after relogging. The buff works, but there are no visual effects or spawned entities.

I'm obsessed with owls and this was my first real season i went into maps and everything. My only goal was to get this charm. I spent so much time grinding for it and finally bought one today only to find this out. I feel defeated. I just like Owls and wanted to have a spirit owl battle with my druid. It basically goes away next league.
