Unstable ping, SG server

The closest Realm to me is Singapore server where I get around 84+ ping constant during the day, my UTC is +5:30, but after around 15:00 the ping starts getting unstable and it lasts for hours on end.

This instance has been a constant for over couple of days that I have been here, I have attached a screenshot of the graph as well as a WinMTR Pastebin link below.

P.S. Please GGG grace us with a server for india or anywhere closeby. Central, east, west and north india suffer from very high latency everywhere.
