Low FPS in PoE (Ryzen 7 7800X3D + RX 7800 XT)

Hey PoE community,

Path of Exile is hands-down my favorite game of all time—I've sunk thousands of hours into it as a guild leader and map juicer—but right now it's unplayable on my rig due to terrible FPS drops.

My Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D

Motherboard: Gigabyte X670 Aorus Elite AX

RAM: 32GB

Storage: Samsung 990 Pro 2TB SSD

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT

I've tried disabling AMD Adrenalin overlays/upscaling, updating drivers/BIOS, and basic tweaks, but no luck. Any advice on CPU scheduling for Zen 4/5, shader cache issues, or PoE-specific AMD optimizations? DX11 vs Vulkan? Thanks, legends—this game means the world to me!<>
