Consistent High Ping on SG Server Every Day Around 20:00 (GMT+7) (PoE1 and PoE2)

The high ping issue occurs every day around 20:00 (8 PM Thailand time).
I have been experiencing this problem consistently for about one year now. This happens in both Path of Exile 1 and Path of Exile 2, and always during the same time window. My home internet connection is 1000/1000 Mbps, so bandwidth is not the issue. However, this problem has a very significant negative impact on my gameplay experience. Because of this, I am often forced to switch from the SG (Singapore) server to the JP server, which has 100+ ping, but this does not improve the experience either. I strongly believe that I am not the only one affected. After asking other Thai players in global chat during the same time period, everyone reported experiencing the same high ping issue. I am not sure whether this issue has already been reported, but I would really appreciate it if the team could investigate and address this problem, as it has been ongoing for a very long time. If you post an MTR log GGG might be able to investigate this;
https://www.poecommunity.help/information/server-connection Make sure the test is run while experiencing the problem (e.g. it's ~8 pm local time; latency values are unstable). Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
