Flickerstrike

Hello,

I might be wrong but i have some problems sometimes with flickerstrike.
I have full stacks of charges, even used hand of chayula.

And yet sometimes i cannot target a monster/boss with flickerstrike.

Is this something i do wrong or is this known? i have no clue and it bothers me bigtime on mapbosses....
