I can't use Ancestral Cry even though I'm equipped with a melee Marshall weapon (Talisman).

Similar bug reports appeared in other threads, and it seemed resolved, but now it's unusable again.
I can set Ancestral Cry as the Talisman skill, but it won't activate!
Whether it's intended or a bug, there are too many glitches to make sense of it. Please announce a fix or resolve this urgently.
