Getting a 15-ish second freeze and then 1.5-2 minute firefly pause - then game continues

This has been happening for about a week+. Don't remember if it was happening before I left for a couple weeks for Christmas break.

Description: The game freezes for about 15 seconds. If I left-click on the screen, I it goes grey and I get a clocking cursor. After the 15-ish seconds, the game area disappears and I see the firefly screen where the red fireflys show, but I can't move for between 1.5 and 2 minutes. The game will then resume where it left off. Can be deadly when it happens in the middle of a fight.

Here are the examples from today.
08:33 PM 1943269869 This time happend clicking a chest in Expedition logbook.
10:01 PM 2022147904 Just a regular battle with mobs in maps I think.
11:46 PM 2241185396 Happened in hideout
12:31 AM 3165958495 Clicked on a Vaal Orb button on a trapped essence.
01:12 AM 1560277592 Clicked on a stack of splinters in my inventory.
02:00 AM 1378295240 Fighting Ulfred, the afflicted. Not sure if i hit him or what.
