Temple bugged with a second character

I started the map on one character. That character died and I used a different character for parts of the map. That character opened the Vaal Temple, but is unable to pick up medallions. It says I'm full but I used some for the current temple so that can't be the case. But this character does have a higher medallion limit than the original character.

I am also unable to claim my reward from an Ancient Reliquary Vault. I can see the item but clicking the display does nothing.

Something similar for me on couch Co Op ps5 as the second player on screen or player 2.

Got 1 bug where I'm full last week and can't pick a medallion and than now with unable to pick up as not map owner.

Geez feel like quiting couch Co Op w so many stupid bugs on this
