my weapon set 1 spirit gems stopped working

after dying inside the fight in the black cathedral my weapon set 1 spirit gems just stopped working and hasnt fixed all day nothing i did fixed it please fix so i can use weapon set 1 again

made a new gem and now its working but sad i had to make a new and use a perfect jewelers
