Irradiate tablet doesnt work sometimes

Not sure if im missing something or doin something wrong but my irradiate tablet consumes charges but im not getting +1 area level every time.

My setup: t15 corrupted 6mod map + irradiate tablet + 2 random tablets, it should always be area level 80 but like 1 in 5 maps ill get alvl 79. Normal node, no powerful map boss in it.

I tried to narrow it down if theres something going on with the boss atlas passives, but i got same results.

Not big of a deal in normal mapping, but when i want to force alvl 82 map with t16 map + +1 monster level of area corruption/cleansed node + irradiate it kinda sucks to get 81 map.

EDIT: It appears to be a visual bug in my waystones, when i corrupt my map it still shows as a t15 map but when i jump in it is actually t14. All my nonboss waystones drops at t14 in that map. Ill test this with non corrupt t15's if that is the case.

EDIT2: I ran 15+ non corrupted t15's with irradiate tablet and every area was 80 as it should be.
