The Soul Harvester's supporter pack Cloak mtx

Hi GGG,

Please can you update The Soul Harvester's supporter pack Cloak mtx. It would be better for the cloak to have all forms unlocked account wide instead of per character. It makes it unusuable in it's final form 99% of the time unfortunately as most characters will not achieve 2 million monster kills before a reroll, death, league end etc etc. After one character has reached the 2 million monster kill milestone, all forms of the cloak can be unlocked account wide.
