[PS5] Couch Coop - Makoru

Makoru is not interactable during a couch coop game where P1 has completed act 4 and P2 has not. There are a ton of coop bugs on PS5 when the game is in this state, I've reported most when they've come up, but we have to keep quitting the game and going into solo play for P2, and then come back to coop when P2 is on a new map.

Please, for the love of the like 7 of us playing couch coop, have someone dogfood the game in couch coop.
