Complete a Tier 12+ C.N. - not done after clearing t15 map with corrupted nexus

I think this is a bug, maybe my lvl (90) was too high or map tier to high, or it bugged out because of unsuccessful first attempt. Also please allow to complete multiple of these depending on the tier of map in one go. Let's say I find corrupted nexus only on t13 map - give me all the atlas rewards that I missed !!!
