Lost reward - clicking through dialogue

At the end of Doryani, when you get to Kingsmarch, I spoke with Alva and clicked through the prompt without taking the book reward. She simply walks away, off the screen, and I havent been able to get that reward dialogue back from her at any other place she is standing.
